Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

- United States: FREE shipping on orders over $50. Flat rate $4.99 for orders under $50.

- Canada: Flat rate $7.99

- International: $9.99 - $14.99 depending on destination

Estimated Delivery Times

- US Standard: 7-14 business days

- Canada: 10-18 business days

- International: 14-25 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lunaglow.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
