You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on any unused item in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@lunaglow.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us and we'll arrange it — exchanges ship free within the US.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
